Bryan A beautiful chunk of music I have been missing out on for ten years. So wonderful to listen to the entire album now. It is all proper chill. Hearing it has left my heart and mind in a nice and light state.

Every song is great. Little Emu just had a little bit of something that hit the spot right when I needed that to happen.

Thank you, A.I.R. Favorite track: Little Emu.

MlleDenise67 It’s a lush dreamscape where you slip into other worlds...sensual, mysterious, sexy, with long summer days, jasmine scented nights...you are light, free, watching the stars burst in the black midnight sky...falling, loving, being..it’s a gorgeous plethora of sounds your soul merges effortlessly with, indeed. Favorite track: Black Satin.

about

The video for Lucky is one of the top 25 finalists in the 2010 Youtube/Guggenheim Museum Biennial of Creative Video. Mogwai meets AIR, Eno, Daniel Lanois & Boards Of Canada. Chilled, ambient & instrumental soundscapes. "sublime slide guitar work, dreamy beats and ambient synths, moody muted trumpets, and tremolo guitars that sound like an Ennio Morricone dream.”

All India Radio return to the lush atmospheric and instrumental music of earlier albums on their album A Low High. Special guests include Graham Lee (The Triffids) on pedal steel guitar, Jen Anderson on strings and some evocative ambient sounds from Australian rock legend Ed Kuepper (The Saints and now Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds guitarist).

Past ARIA nominees score another winner with album number six...a welcome mix of ambient synths and downtempo beats with added contributions from Ed Kuepper (in unusually delicate form throughout), Augie March’s Glenn Richards, and The Triffids’ Graham Lee (whose signature steel guitar flourishes haven’t sounded this eerie since the days of Born Sandy Devotional). - Rave magazine

about

All India Radio Hobart, Australia

I play ambient spacey rock music sometimes with a trip-hop vibe. Someone important once said "has mashed the ambient-hop signatures of DJ Shadow, Tortoise & Thievery Corporation with the instantly recognizable guitar soundtracking of Ennio Morricone and Angelo Badalamenti.. resulting narcotic musical textures are capable of floating listeners to galaxies far, far away." (wired) ... more
