This song has quite a history. Originally written as ‘For Angel’ by me and Aidan Halloran for Pray TV in 1991. Then covered by All India Radio with reworked lyrics and vocals by Chloe Hall. Then remixed and reworked by Don Meers. Then referenced by me and Steve Kilbey. Then reworked yet again by Don Meers. Now, after 30 years, I’m reworking the rework of the remix of the rework of the original!

I really wanted a sound effect like the opening of ‘The Great Dominions’ by The Teardrop Explodes, but had to settle for a ‘clip-clop’ sound in the second half of the song.
